| In 1981 the Sky-Way closed down midseason after Six Flags refused to preform maintance called for after an inspector from Vonroll reported the cable was running high in the rollers. He wanted them to rotate the rollers and relevel the roller banks but the decided against it. On the same day the settled out of court with the family of the accident vicitms.
